Die Vision, Lenas Stimme mit einer Live-Band zu unterstützen, fand Ende 2013 den Weg auf die Bühne. Die „Best of Stoehrfaktor“-Tracks wurden von Keyboarder David, Drummer Benjamin und den Gitarristen Sascha und Jan neu arrangiert und wurden so fester Bestandteil von Lena's Live-Programm.

2016 hatten das Rattenkabinett und Lena die Idee ein Studiokonzert vor Publikum zu geben, dieses zu recorden und das Ergebnis auf Vinyl zu pressen.
